Doctor of Marital & Family Therapy
I feel honored to walk alongside people as they face life’s challenges and work toward healing and growth. For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I bring not only professional experience into the therapy room, but also warmth, care, and a genuine respect for each person’s story. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and guided by what feels most supportive for you.
For more than 24 years, I’ve worked with thousands of clients in individual therapy and facilitated hundreds of group therapy sessions. I hold a Master of Science and a Doctorate, both in Marital and Family Therapy. I began my career as a Marriage and Family Therapist and, in September 2025, became a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
I believe growth and learning are lifelong processes—for all of us. I continue to expand my skills so I can offer thoughtful, effective support to the people I work with. Years ago, I trained my Anatolian Shepherd, Bronco, as an Animal-Assisted Therapy Dog; he’s now enjoying a well-earned retirement. In 2020, I became a Certified EMDR Therapist, allowing me to support trauma healing in deeper and more meaningful ways. It’s an honor to be part of your journey.
