I offer therapy that is grounded in respect, understanding, and real progress. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and genuinely empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I work with adults, late teens, couples, and families, meeting each client where they are and tailoring therapy to their individual needs.
In addition to working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anger management, men’s issues, relationship and parenting challenges, and life transitions, I specialize in helping clients recover from the psychological impact of trauma. This includes trauma related to motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), medical events, chronic stress, and other life-altering experiences.
A key focus of my work is helping clients regain functioning after trauma—at home, at work, and in their social lives. Psychological trauma often affects concentration, emotional regulation, sleep, pain perception, confidence, and the nervous system’s ability to return to balance. Through trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy, clients often experience not only emotional relief, but also improvements in physical recovery, neurological regulation, and pain management. Addressing trauma can play an important role in supporting overall rehabilitation and quality of life.
I have over 20 years of experience providing therapy and 13 years of experience conducting psychological assessments. I am a Registered Psychologist licensed in Alberta, certified in various therapeutic modalities.
I offer therapy and assessments in person and online via secure video, with availability on weekdays and occasional weekends to fit your schedule. I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
If you are ready to move toward healing, clarity, and restored functioning, I would be honoured to support you. You do not have to face this alone—reach out, and let’s begin this process together.
