I am Drashti Prajapati, a dedicated, licensed Resident Physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta. I provide evidence-based care at Excelsior Physiotherapy Clinic, specializing in comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
My practice focuses on a wide range of conditions, including Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB) claims. I utilize manual therapy, exercise therapy, and patient education to reduce pain, restore function, and ensure a safe return to daily activities. I collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
To enhance treatment integration, I hold additional certifications in Cupping Therapy, Kinesiotaping, Orthopedic Manual Therapy, and as a Certified Aerobics/Group Fitness Instructor. My commitment to evidence-based practice is underscored by my published international research. I am dedicated to lifelong learning, building strong therapeutic relationships, and helping patients improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
